How secure is my online order?

Fenom & Co. adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information, Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the check out process.

Return Policy

Preliminary to your purchase, please ensure you have read the following returns policy specified by Fenom & Co.  Each order made through the online store is deemed a custom order, made as requested per client (yourself); therefore we are not required to provide a full refund if you wish to alter, or refuse to accept a specific purchase. However, under circumstances some articles may be accepted in return for store credit/exchange if returned in a satisfactory quality within 10 days of the item received. This excludes any custom engraved items of jewelry or merchandise. The client will be held fully responsible for any processing and shipping fees (this also includes restocking/reconditioning fees).  In the unlikely event of a purchase thought to be defective/impaired, the item must be returned at the customers’ disbursement, all items will be reviewed on legitimacy of the specified claim, and all final decisions will be made by Fenom & Co. If upon receiving the order, and the client has found the item to be faulty/damaged, we will comply with obligations under applicable laws and regulations.  All items of jewelry may take up to several weeks to completely finish, although this may fluctuate depending on the specification of your customized order. 

Where do I return?

Please carefully prepare the item you are returning in its original packaging and condition. You are fully responsible for the return shipping label. Once your package is prepared, please mail your your order to the exact following address below.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 10-20 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 3 business days for delivery. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all orders via FedEx Express. 

What are the shipping times?

Due to high demand of our products, please allow 10-20 business days for delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived inside the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at: Info@Fenomandco.com

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, payments, or cash on delivery.

Why does my billing and shipping address have to match?

We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.

How do I track my order?

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.
